- Standard Support - 09.00 -17.00 5 days Monday to Friday
- Enhanced Support 1 - 06.00 – 22.00 5 days Monday to Friday
- Enhanced Support 2 - 06.00 – 22.00 7 days Monday to Sunday
- Enhanced Support 3 - 24 hours 5.5 days Monday to Saturday 12.00
- Total Support 24 hours 7 days Monday to Sunday
