Asset Registers
Miquest can provide a service for collecting asset data and collating it for downloading direct to the Miquest database. This involves working with our customers to identify the asset types and locations involved. Then using our resources to read the identities of assets directly on to a mobile device for transfer to Miquest.
Asset registers require assets to be identified by a unique reference which ideally should be in electronic format that can be read by a mobile device. Mobile devices will accept inputs from barcode labels and/or RFID tags. Miquest can assist with recommending how assets should be marked. See Asset marking.
