Asset Marking Schemes
Miquest offers an advisory service on the markings schemes for any category of asset, these include the establishment of “Marking Schemes” that define;
- The type and specification of marking media applicable to each category of asset
- How the marking media is attached to each category of asset
- Where the marking media is attached to each category of asset
This procedure is then documented and will include a photograph showing the position of the barcode or RFID tag.
Marking schemes are valuable records that show how assets are marked, these can be updated at any time with new records can be created as and when new categories of asset are introduced.
