- Records risk data and provides version control for updating stored risk statements
- Produces relevant work instructions and permits
- Highlights hazardous work and or locations
- Maintains records of all hazardous work performed and personnel involved
The risk statements determine where required, the competency of the person undertaking the work at a location or for an asset. Operators are required to confirm they understand the stated risks and the precautions required to undertake a task.
