Resource and contractor management linked to defined competencies produces safe working practices and flexible planning options. Work is triggered by direct report or via the help desk function that reports, issues and controls jobs in relation to service level agreements (SLR’s) based on any criteria. Alerts are user configurable to trigger and escalate where SLR’s are at risk.
